St. Louis Cruise Shuttle is seeking reliable and professional CDL Class A or B Drivers to join our team. This role involves safely operating motorcoaches and shuttle buses to transport passengers while delivering a high level of customer service. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, punctual, and comfortable interacting with passengers in a friendly and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate motorcoaches and shuttle buses in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Transport passengers to and from airports, events, hotels, cruise terminals, and other designated locations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers as needed (luggage, directions, etc.)
- Follow scheduled routes and timeframes while adapting to traffic and weather conditions
- Accurately complete logs, reports, and required documentation
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- Passenger (P) endorsement required
- Air Brake endorsement required
- Clean driving record and commitment to safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience driving motorcoaches, charter buses, or shuttle buses
- Familiarity with the St. Louis area and surrounding routes
