What You’ll Do
As a ToGo Specialist, you will be the face of STK for guests who enjoy our signature vibe dining experience at home or on the go. You’ll manage the full takeout experience—from order intake and packaging to guest interaction and handoff—with precision, hospitality, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist takeout guests in person and over the phone
- Accurately process takeout and delivery orders using POS and third-party platforms
- Ensure all to-go orders are packaged correctly, promptly, and with proper presentation standards
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and expo team to ensure order accuracy and timing
- Verify all food items, sauces, utensils, and packaging before guest pickup or delivery handoff
- Always maintain a clean and organized ToGo station
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist with curbside pickup when applicable
- Monitor online order channels and promptly resolve order issues or delays
- Provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and a smile
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a guest service or takeout position in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering elevated guest experiences
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with STK brand standards
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
