2nd Shift Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-10:30pm | on-call every 3rd weekend

Saint Joe’s is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing care for individuals with developmental disabilities in a supportive, team-focused environment. This leadership role is perfect for an LPN or RN who thrives in a hands-on setting and is ready to guide, mentor, and elevate a dedicated nursing team.
⭐ What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support nursing staff throughout your shift
- Ensure high-quality care and compliance with all regulations
- Assist with training, onboarding, and professional development
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide direct nursing care when needed
- Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience (required)
- Experience with multi-handicapped individuals (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond confidently in emergency situations
