Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with placing their to-go orders via phone or in person
- Accurately take and process orders using Aloha POS
- Prepare and package food orders carefully, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and special requests
- Manage guest inquiries professionally over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go station and packaging area
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously
Requirements
- Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and kitchen staff
- Experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality roles enhances your ability to excel in this position
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction at all times
