Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Pay: $25-27/ hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 8-4

The Human Resources Coordinator provides essential support to the Human Resources department, focusing on new hire onboarding, HRIS data entry, compliance checks, record keeping, and general office coordination. This role ensures smooth HR operations and supports staff across the organization with professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Conduct background checks and schedule pre-employment drug/alcohol tests
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and Kronos timekeeping setup
• Enter and maintain employee data in HRIS systems (Kronos, Payroll, Software Unlimited)
• Assist with job postings, recruitment, and exit interviews
• Maintain personnel files and update HR tracking spreadsheets

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience, including HRIS data entry
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Kronos Workforce Ready
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and maintain confidentiality
