Showroom Operations Internship
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented intern to support marketing efforts and showroom operations during a key growth period. This in-person internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work closely with the showroom team and gain real-world experience in digital content creation, brand strategy, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Showroom Operations & Sales
- Greet, style, and host walk-in clients and showroom appointments
- Drive in-store sales with warmth, product knowledge, and a strong closing mindset
- Fulfill online orders (print, pack, and ship with care)
- Update product listings, prices, and inventory on Shopify and POS systems
- Open and close the showroom, ensuring a clean, inviting, and organized space
- Wholesale Support & Development
- Assist with outreach to boutique buyers and wholesale prospects
- Help maintain wholesale channels (online platforms, showroom events, and trade shows)
- Support line presentations, order processing, and follow-ups
- Collaborate on showroom displays for market appointments and events
- E-Commerce & Digital Operations
- Fulfill DTC orders daily (print, pack, ship) with attention to detail
- Ensure product listings (descriptions, prices, images) are current on Shopify and marketplaces
- Assist with customer service across online, phone, email, and social platforms
- Coordinate inventory between online and in-store systems; flag discrepancies
- Track and report key performance metrics (sales, returns, fulfillment rates)
- Brand & Marketing Support
- Assist in developing content ideas for social media, newsletters, and campaigns
- Be camera-comfortable to support product storytelling (photos/videos)
- Support event and campaign execution (setup, breakdown, hosting)

Requirements
- Comfortable with physical showroom operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong, analytical, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Passion for the fashion industry and excitement to learn more about sales (retail and wholesale)
- Ability to multitask and be proactive.
- Participate in all activities associated with showroom operations.
- Natural-born sales personality who enjoys and is not intimidated by initiating conversation with clientele
- Proficiency in Shopify, G-Suite, and POS systems
- Junior or Senior undergraduate students majoring in Business, Mass Communications, Sales, or a related field.
- Current student or recent graduate (college credit available, but not required)
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, showroom, or e-commerce sales (preferred)

Internship Type
This internship is part-time, 3 days a week and you must be able to provide the appropriate paperwork from your school in order to be considered.
