Construction Litigation Associate

Stites & Harbison, PLLC, a full-service law firm, has an immediate opening for a Construction Litigation Associate with 2 to 6 years of experience to join the firm’s Construction Service Group in our Louisville office.

A degree or background in engineering, architecture, or the construction industry is preferred, but not required.

While this position is primarily focused on litigation, there will be opportunities to assist with the preparation and negotiation of construction and design contracts, as well as other related transactional matters.
