Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and highly responsible DTF Apparel Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus strictly on the alignment, placement, and heat pressing of Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers onto a variety of custom garments. No graphic design, software, or printer maintenance is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Heat Press Operations: Set up, precisely align, and operate heat press machinery to apply DTF transfers to t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel.
- Quality Control: Meticulously inspect apparel blanks for defects before production, and review finished products to ensure perfect graphic placement, alignment, and proper adhesion.
- Order Preparation: Organize daily production queues, ensuring the correct artwork transfers are paired accurately with the matching garment styles, sizes, and colors.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep your pressing station clean, organized, and running efficiently.
- Inventory & Packing: Assist in counting, folding, and securely packing completed orders for client delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Reliability & Punctuality: A proven track record of excellent attendance and being on time. Our morning production schedule relies heavily on a dependable team.
- Attention to Detail: An exceptional eye for detail to catch alignment errors or print defects before a garment is pressed.
- Experience: Previous experience with a heat press or apparel decoration (screen printing, vinyl, embroidery) is a plus, but we are fully willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and comfortably lift boxes of apparel blanks up to 35 lbs.

Schedule & Compensation
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Shift Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (No weekends!)
- Salary Range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (Starting pay based on experience)
