Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently
- Communicate wait times accurately and keep guests informed
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth table turnover
- Answer incoming calls and assist with general guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and front-of-house area
- Assist with takeout orders and curbside pickup as needed
- Previous hosting, customer service, or front-of-house experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and upbeat in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the restaurant
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
