Order Fulfillment & Content Creation Assistant

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and creative team member to join Stir Of Beauty, a fast-growing online boutique! If you enjoy staying busy, organizing, packing orders, and creating fun social media content, we’d love to meet you.

Every order we ship is packed with care, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in creating a memorable experience for our customers while helping us grow our online presence.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Add thank-you notes, freebies, and special touches to packages
• Organize inventory and restock products
• Help receive and organize new inventory shipments
• Film packing videos, product videos, and behind-the-scenes content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Assist with product launches, photography, and other creative projects
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
• Help with other day-to-day business tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable using a smartphone to film content
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving around throughout the shift.
• Quick learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous warehouse, retail, or social media experience is a plus but not required

Schedule

• Part-time
• Monday–Friday
• 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
