What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Success Representative position at Stingray Venture Partners?
Customer Success Representative — Arvist.ai (Chicago, Part-Time Contract)
About Arvist.ai
Warehouses run on cameras. Arvist.ai turns those cameras into intelligence — giving operators real-time visibility into what's actually happening on the floor without adding headcount or complexity. We work with distribution centers and 3PL operators who are done guessing and ready to see.
We're a fast-moving, early-stage team and we're looking for someone who thrives in that environment.
About the Role
We're hiring a part-time Customer Success Representative on a 3-6 month contract to own relationships with our existing accounts and help them get more value out of the platform. This isn't a passive check-in role — we want someone who's curious, proactive, and genuinely invested in making customers successful. Land and expand is the name of the game.
You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for accounts, identifying where we can go deeper, surfacing feedback to the team, and making sure every customer feels like a priority.
This role is Chicago-based. You'll be expected to show up in person for customer meetings once or twice a month — relationships matter here.
What You'll Do
- Own a book of accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
- Run regular check-ins, business reviews, and onboarding sessions
- Identify expansion opportunities — new users, new use cases, new teams
- Monitor account health and get ahead of churn before it becomes a problem
- Translate customer feedback into clear, actionable input for the product team
- Partner closely with the Arvist.ai founding team on retention and growth strategy
What We're Looking For
- 1 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role — ideally in SaaS or supply chain/logistics tech
- Strong communicator who's comfortable in front of both operators and executives
- Self-starter who doesn't need a lot of hand-holding to move fast
- Chicago-based and available for in-person customer visits monthly
- Comfortable in an early-stage environment where things move quickly and the playbook is still being written
The Interview Process
Fast and straightforward. You'll meet with Michael Lima, Founder of Stingray Venture Partners, and the founding team at Arvist.ai. That's it.
- If you're the right person, you'll know quickly and so will we.
