Position: Crane Supervisor
Immediate Supervisor: Operations Manager
Status: Non-Exempt
General Purpose of Position: Safety operate 100 ton cranes, lifting wireline pressure control equipment, isolation tools, valves, and other items associated with oil and gas industry, and supervisor other Crane Operators.
Essential Job Duties:
- Directly supervise and oversee the work of Crane Operators.
- Safely and efficiently operate crane.
- Understand and assist in rigging lifting equipment.
- Keep up with day-to-day maintenance of crane, ensuring crane is kept in clean and proper working order.
- Perform thorough inspections of equipment and report any identified issues to onsite supervisor immediately.
Additional Job Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Environment: Frequent exposure to outdoor elements including wet, humid conditions and extreme heat or cold. Exposure to oils and other materials on location. High noise level.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4-7 years related experience.
- NCCCO Certification.
- Large Boom Telescopic Swing Cab Card.
- Must be able to pass physical and drug test and comply with regulations.
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend, or climb for long periods of time.
- Must have a current CDL with acceptable MVR.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, standing, and walking on uneven surfaces.
- Frequent climbing, balancing, reaching, sitting, grasping, talking, hearing, repetitive motions.
- Frequent carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to work irregular hours.
- Comply with all Stingray policies and procedures and all health and safety policies.
