Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Manager, based in Orange County, CA. with flexibility to work remotely. The HR Manager will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR compliance.
Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, developing HR policies, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring adherence to employment regulations. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving development initiatives and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. You will also be the POC for workers comp claims, healthcare, 401k, ER, EDD and developing a positive work environment for employees.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR practices including recruitment, employee relations, and talent management
- MUST KNOW ADP
- Experience with Amazon or Amazon DSP is helpful
- Experience with training and development, performance evaluation, and team-building initiatives
- Familiarity with labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR records management
- Proficiency in using HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is helpful
- SHRM or PHR certification is a plus
- Experience in logistics or delivery services is advantageous but not required
