Job Summary:
Responsible for researching and updating product pricing based on market trends, sales data, and company guidelines to ensure accurate and competitive pricing that maximizes revenue.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education beyond high school is preferred.
- Training and Experience: A minimum of one year in the building industry. Proficiency in Excel is required, with strong attention to detail.
- Job Knowledge: A solid understanding of the building material industry, basic market research, and product categorization.
- Physical Demands: Work requires prolonged periods of sitting with minimal physical exertion; mostly an office or cubicle setting, with occasional standing and walking; medium lifting may occasionally be required; works in and out of an air-conditioned environment
