Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Account Manager. In this position, you will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, support clients in achieving their agricultural goals, and work closely with internal teams to execute sales strategies. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining a customer portfolio, analyzing market trends, providing product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and agronomic insights.
Qualifications
- Strong account management, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the agriculture or related industries
- Understanding of agronomy, crop production, and modern farming techniques
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and creating strategic plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and travel as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the seed industry or with soybean and corn crops is a plus
