Surfers and beach goers spend their day playing in the ocean just steps from our espresso bar and bakery. We consistently join together to deliver an exceptional experience for them.

- Enjoy creating high quality beverages in a fun atmosphere right on the beach.
- Show pride in exceeding food-handling standards by continuously inspecting food preparation and serving areas.
- Prepare sweet and savory pastries and meals for beach goers.
- Join the conversations with guests and provide information on recreational adventures and local events. Show them photos!
- Mentor less experienced baristas as well as lean on your teammates to continuously learn.
- Set yourself and your team up for success by completing inventory, stocking food, and prepping for service.
Compensation: We guarantee that all team members earn at least $15.00 per hour. You will be paid $13.50 hourly rate of pay plus tip share.
