Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our results-focused team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our maintenance team in implementing leading-edge processes, predictive maintenance strategies, and effective project management.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of preventive maintenance technicians, millwrights, electricians, and PLC Technicians.
  • Develop and implement training programs to keep the team updated on leading-edge maintenance practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry-leading maintenance practices, technology, and innovations.

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
