Job Summary
At Stilly River Mechanical, we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service. We service Skagit, Snohomish and Island counties and pride ourselves on being one of the premier HVAC companies in the tri-county area.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including reheat coils, air handling units, condensation drainage
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency and safety
- Accurately troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Preform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommended solutions
- Complete service documentation and work orders accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required)
- EPA Universal Certification (Preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift equipment and work in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops)
Pre-Employment Requirements
