Stillwater is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Food Service Associate to support daily food-service operations and provide efficient service to guests. This role involves assisting customers, taking and preparing orders, supporting food and beverage service, maintaining clean work areas, and working closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take customer orders accurately and assist with basic menu questions.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation according to established procedures.
- Operate the POS system and process customer payments as needed.
- Communicate orders, special requests, and customer needs clearly with kitchen and service team members.
- Assist with assembling and organizing completed food orders.
- Support dine-in, pickup, takeout, and other food-service needs.
- Keep counters, dining areas, service stations, and work areas clean and organized.
- Restock food-service supplies, packaging, napkins, utensils, and beverages.
- Assist kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy service periods.
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace procedures.
- Support opening, closing, and routine daily food-service responsibilities.
- Communicate customer concerns or operational issues to supervisors when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous food-service, restaurant, café, hospitality, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful.
