Duties
- Supervise daily food production, cooking, and food preparation processes to ensure quality and consistency across all menu items.
- Manage kitchen operations, including shift management, staff scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with safety standards and sanitation regulations.
- Lead and motivate a team of culinary and service staff, providing training on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with catering, banquet, and dietary departments to deliver tailored food services for special events or dietary needs.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food management systems to reduce waste and control costs.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance kitchen efficiency, food quality, and overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food production, cooking, or culinary roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Demonstrated management skills with supervising experience in food service management or restaurant management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and health regulations.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Experience in catering, banquet services, or dietary departments is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
