Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and implementation of recreational activities, including arts and crafts, games, and entertainment programs
Lead group activities, such as exercise classes, card games, and board games
Facilitate one-on-one activities, such as reading, puzzles, and outings
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to promote a positive and supportive atmosphere
Collaborate with the therapy team to incorporate activities into the resident's individualized care plans
Monitor and report any changes in resident behavior, mood, or physical condition
