This position is an exempt leadership role with 24/7 responsibility to our patients and our team.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Director is responsible for setting goals and vision for two or more services, implementation of regulatory standards and assist with strategic planning of Patient Services department. The Director has a focus on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Satisfactory work experience, demonstrating nursing knowledge and skill, interest, leadership, and willingness to accept responsibility.

Licensed to practice as a RN in Oklahoma.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in area of nursing supervision.

Preferably two year's management experience.

BSN required; masters and/or certification.

Current CPR card or completion with in 30 days of employment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrates adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare and process information, supervise practice of employees, and monitor the environment.

Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.

Must be able to talk and hear to converse with others, in person, by phone, or other platforms.

Demonstrates adequate stamina to deal with stressful situations and to complete necessary work schedule.

Able to work in latex burdened environment.
