JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing Physical Therapeutic services for home care patients with disease/disability, providing preventive health measures, and providing services on an intermittent in accordance with plan of care.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of school of Physical Therapy with a Bachelor of Science Degree.

Current license to practice in Oklahoma.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Current CPR card or completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Having and maintaining a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record is a condition of employment. Automobile liability insurance required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
-
Able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderately heavy material, supplies or patients (up to or > 100 lbs.) for most of the shift.

Able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull heavyweight materials (over 100 lbs.) occasionally.

Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule, with some bending and stooping.

Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.

Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.

Ability to work with confused and aggressive patients.
-
Demonstrates adequate stamina to deal with stressful situations and to complete the necessary work schedule.

Able to work in a latex-burdened environment.
