Details:
- Mondays, Tuesdays 8:30am-5:00pm
- Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 9:00am-5:00pm
- Saturday rotation every 4-6 weeks: 9:00am-1:00pm
- Full-time, approx. 40 hours per week

JOB SUMMARY:
Assures uniform intake procedure for new patients. Verify coverage on new patients with third party payers. Handles incoming calls and directs when necessary. Assists with general retail sales. Other duties/programs as assigned by the Director.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate (or G.E.D.).
- Experience with customer service in a retail environment.
- Minimum of one-year experience in a medical business environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
- Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.
- Able to speak clearly and distinctly with staff, physicians, elderly patients, and family members.
- Must be able to extensively utilize telephone for communication with customers, vendors, and other departments.
- Able to stand for prolonged period.
- Able to lift and maneuver 25 lbs.
- Clear and precise vision is required to distinguish products, labels, and signs.
