What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist - Outpatient position at Stillwater Medical Group?
This position will be located at HealthPartners Stillwater Clinic. Provides direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned. Work Schedule: .6 FTE; Monday, Wednesday, Friday. One late shift required to 5:30 Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school with a Doctorate, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Licensed with the Wisconsin Board of Physical Therapy (Specific only to employees practicing in Wisconsin) Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy Current BLS- American Heart Association or American Red Cross (BLS for Health Professionals). Proficient with communication and data processing equipment. Proficient in clinical equipment related to the area of expertise. Proficient in organization electronic medical record software. Preferred Qualifications: Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a medical setting. Recommend membership in a related professional organization.
