Client Services -Special Handling

Multi-state Farmington Hills Law Firm is seeking a Special Handling Team Member to join our team.  The chosen candidate will oversee and engage in processes which support our clients’ consumers, ensuring the firm is meeting all standards of the highly regulated financial services industry.The Special Handling team works to address inquiries brought forth by team members who interact directly with consumers.  Their role is to review available information, then determine and initiate appropriate next steps, engaging clients for awareness or decisions, where needed.  The ideal candidate will excel in the role by learning existing processes, meeting/exceeding client expectations and actively driving continuous improvement within and beyond the Special Handling team.  This will require engaging team members throughout the firm and our client base, utilizing a strong voice balanced by equally strong active listening skills.Candidates should have the following attributes:·         Well organized and very detail oriented.·         Ability to multi-task, as well as the ability to work in a high volume and deadline driven environment.·         Ability to work in a team environment and act as a team player, while adhering to regulatory and firm standards.·         Strong written and oral communication skills.Degree and/or Experience:·         Looking for someone with experience in administrative task handling and process development.·         Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook).·         Associate (Preferred)·         Paralegal: 1 year (Preferred)Powered by JazzHR7IgLUAlYiu
