At Still Waters Senior Care, we believe exceptional care begins with exceptional caregivers. We’re looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who have a genuine heart for serving seniors and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
As a caregiver, you’ll provide one-on-one, non-medical care in our clients’ homes while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands, when applicable
- Dementia and Alzheimer’s care
- Encourage independence while providing compassionate, respectful support
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness and ability to travel to the Lake of the Ozarks area and, when needed, periodically to Jefferson City, MO
- Ability to pass a background check
- Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required—we provide training
