We're growing and looking for compassionate, motivated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our team on a flexible contract basis.
Whether you're looking to work from home, split your time between home and the office, or see clients entirely in person, we'll work with your preferred schedule and practice style.
Our clinicians enjoy a steady flow of referrals, allowing them to focus on helping clients instead of spending time marketing their services.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
- Deliver services in-person, virtually, or through a hybrid schedule
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team
- Occasionally complete mental health assessments as referrals are received

Qualifications
- Active Arkansas LPC or LCSW license
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Comfortable providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive clinical team
- Telehealth experience is a plus but not required
