Compensation
- RN Supervisor base rate starting: $36.50 - $50.50/hr based on experience.
- LPN Supervisor base rate starting: $28.50 - $39.50/hr based on experience.

Responsible for leading the Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Assisted Living neighborhoods.
Currently, we are looking for a Nurse Supervisor with a minimum of one-year supervisory experience in a hospital and/or nursing care facility. This is position is responsible for caring for our residents while working alongside several CNAs on the weekends. The nurse supervisor will work primarily in skilled nursing but will be available for CNAs and patients in all neighborhoods (assisted living, rehabilitation, and memory care).
