We are seeking a poised and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Support to join our professional team and help showcase the distinctive lifestyle that sets our community apart.
As a key member of the Marketing team, this position plays a vital role in supporting the community’s growth through personalized customer engagement and seamless administrative coordination. The role contributes to guiding prospective residents and families through every step of their journey—from the first inquiry to move-in day—ensuring each interaction reflects the warmth and sophistication of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Director in executing strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
- Manage inquiries, schedule tours, and maintain meticulous records in the CRM system.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and collateral materials that align with brand standards.
- Coordinate and participate in on-site events and partnership activities that promote our community.
- Assist in managing marketing communications, including digital content, newsletters, and social media engagement.
- Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level experience for all prospective residents and guests.
Qualifications
- Driver’s license required.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in marketing or a related field.
- At least three (3) years’ experience in an administrative capacity. Previous experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or luxury residential services preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional presence, integrity, and a sincere passion for serving others.
