Compensation
- Base rate starting: $27.25 - $36.50/hr based on experience.
- Recruiting & Retention Bonus up to $2,400.
- Baylor Plan: This plan allows nurses to work 24 weekend hours while receiving pay equivalent to 32 hours.

Responsible for caring for residents in our Skilled Nursing Neighborhood.
LPNs duties include: medication management, documentation, and ensuring residents' needs are being met. This position also interacts with resident family members and provides updates to their loved ones as their condition changes. Nurses are not alone, working alongside several nursing assistants while supervising their day-to-day activities.
