We are seeking a full-time Lead Wait Staff member who is passionate about delivering first-class service. This role combines hands-on dining service with leadership responsibilities, including training new team members and assisting with catering events. The ideal candidate thrives in a refined dining environment and sets the standard for professionalism and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, professional table service to residents and guests
- Assist with catering setup and service for special events
- Train, mentor, and support current and new wait staff team members
- Ensure dining areas and service stations are organized, clean, and welcoming
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, service etiquette, and resident satisfaction
- Collaborate with culinary and events teams to ensure seamless dining experiences
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in upscale dining or fine hospitality preferred
- Leadership experience or ability to supervise/train staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, courteous, and resident-focused demeanor
