We are looking for a Retail Operations Associate to join our Retail team.

Reports To: Operations Team

Status: Full-Time

The Retail Operations Associate is responsible for supporting seamless store operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience and efficient back-of-house functionality. This role focuses on operational execution — including inventory management, product flow, stockroom organization, visual support, and maintaining operational standards that reflect the brand’s values.

Inventory & Product Management

• Receive, unpack, and process deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare, pack, and route store transfers, wholesale pulls, and e-commerce fulfillment.
• Responsible for logging, communicating, and reconciling damaged inventory.
• Maintain stockroom organization, inventory accuracy, and proper product care.
• Assist with inventory audits and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Support replenishment to the sales floor aligned with visual and merchandising plans.
• Partner with the sales team to ensure size availability and timely retrieval of product.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure BOH and FOH areas are clean, safe, and compliant with company standards.
• Support execution of store operational processes: opening/closing, shipment, supplies ordering, and maintenance requests.
• Leverage store systems/technology accurately (POS, inventory software, reporting tools).
• Follow all SOPs, company policies, and loss prevention standards.

• Flexible availability — including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 1–2 years experience in a retail or logistics/operations role preferred
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Strong time management ability to multi task and prioritize
• Comfortable lifting up to 30–40 lbs and working on feet for extended periods
• Proficient in retail technology systems, including POS software/Shopify, inventory tools, ERP
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Salary Range: $18-$20/hr
