Greet all customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
Maintain clean and presentable cutting station.
Have knowledge about the full menu.
Answer any questions from customers about menu.
Slice, Weigh and portion meats for customer trays and large togo orders.
Communicate to pitmasters and managers during service on protein levels.
Maintain quality assurance on all proteins from the pit room.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
