About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Cannabis Manufacturing Lead. This individual will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, implement Lean methodology, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in production, assembly, or cannabis manufacturing, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively, communicate clearly, and lead a team.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in production, assembly, or cannabis manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
