What You'll Be Doing
Responsible for providing a sufficient level of support for commercial or syndication loan requests from the time of application to closing. This position will be able to provide support through the entire commercial loan process through proper documentation while balancing service, quality and compliance and relationship building.
What We're Looking For
- Works closely with Commercial Lenders and Credit Analysts to review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy. Verifies supporting income, asset and liability documentation to support underwriting credit decision.
- Assists with wires (incoming/outgoing) as needed.
- Communicates with Operations Manager and Lending Department to help ensure proper time management of file process.
- Provides customer service to internal and external customers.
- Understands and complies with industry regulations.
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping client information confidential.
- May mentor more junior level coordinators as needed.
What You'll Bring
- Understand and comply with all regulations, including the Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organizational skills and detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy.
- Team oriented, possesses a positive attitude and works well with others.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum Required: 2-3 years' related experience
Licenses & Credentials
- Minimum Required: None
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
