Responsible for providing advanced level of support for commercial or syndication loan requests from the time of application to closing. This position will be able to provide excellent support through the entire commercial loan process through proper documentation while balancing service, quality and compliance and relationship building.
What We're Looking For:
- Works closely with Commercial Lenders and Credit Analysts to review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy. Verifies supporting income, asset and liability documentation to support a credit decision.
- Communicates with Operations Manager and Lending Department to help ensure proper time management of file process.
- Assists with wires (incoming/outgoing) as needed.
- Provides customer service to internal and external customers.
- Understands and complies with industry regulations.
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping client information confidential.
- May mentor more junior level coordinators as needed.
- Understand and comply with all regulations, including the Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy
- Team oriented, possesses a positive attitude and works well with others
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum Required: 4 years' related experience
- Minimum Required: None
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
