Our Field Managers are critical in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring jobs are completed on schedule, to correct specifications, and within budget while maintaining strong working relationships with customers? personnel and ensuring issues that are resolved promptly.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Attending Kick Off Meeting to understand the Scope of Work
- Attending GC Meetings
- Schedule Materials and Labor in coordination with the GC Schedule
- Perform Field Door Estimate Confirmation
- Complete Rough Opening Reports
- Complete Quality Control Reports
- Interpret Elevation drawings
- Convey Safety requirements to Subcontractors and ensure adherence
- Receive Material Shipments and Verify Accuracy
- Request Additional Materials as needed
- Install/Repair any doors and trim that may be needed
- Communicate how ?We Make It Happen? for the customers to ensure a great trade partner relationship
- Stay current and educate others on industry trends and news
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Ability to Operate Digital devices such as Tablets, Smart Phones and Laptops
- Clear, effective communicator ? both verbally and in writing
- Works effectively with minimal supervision and in a team setting
- Ability to navigate stairs and uneven terrain
- Ability to work in outdoor environment during all seasons
- Ability to read and interpret Architectural drawings
- Proficiency in Carpentry Skills and tools
- Positive Attitude
- Valid driver?s license and insured personal vehicle for daily use
Training:
- As part of our commitment to your success, we provide a comprehensive 4-week training program to equip you with the skills needed for this role.
- Training may be conducted in another installation market in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia. If travel is required, meals and accommodation will be provided for the duration of the training.
