🚀 We're Hiring: RDK-B / Embedded Broadband Gateway Engineers!
📍 Location: Englewood, Colorado
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite 1 day remote per week (mandatory)
📅 Contract: Long-term Contract
We are looking for talented Embedded Software Engineers with hands-on experience developing firmware and software for broadband gateways, Wi-Fi routers, and networking devices.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and debug embedded software using C/C
✅ Work on Embedded Linux and broadband gateway firmware
✅ Develop, integrate, and troubleshoot RDK-B, OpenWrt, or OpenSync platforms
✅ Work with Broadcom or Qualcomm-based networking platforms
✅ Support Wi-Fi services, drivers, HALs, mesh networking, and device management
✅ Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IPv6, and other networking components
🔹 Required Skills
▪️ Strong hands-on embedded C/C development
▪️ Embedded Linux and firmware development
▪️ Experience with RDK-B, OpenWrt, or OpenSync
▪️ Broadband gateways, routers, Wi-Fi devices, or CPE experience
▪️ Firmware integration, debugging, and performance optimization
🔹 Nice to Have
RDK-B, OneWifi, Wi-Fi HAL, CCSP/RBUS, WebPA, WebConfig, Yocto, DOCSIS, TR-181, Linux kernel, BSP, and device driver experience.
📌 Important: RDK-B experience is highly preferred, especially for the initial hires. Candidates with strong OpenWrt or OpenSync development experience and relevant broadband networking expertise are also encouraged to apply.
🏙️ Candidates outside Colorado are welcome if they are willing to relocate. The four-day onsite requirement is mandatory.
