Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contractor Sales Support Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our sales team, ensuring that they have the resources and information needed to excel in their roles. You will play a key part in driving business development and enhancing customer relationships through effective account management and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with lead generation and qualification for potential clients.
- Estimate material lists off of plans.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Support outside sales efforts by coordinating product demos and presentations.
- Field phone calls from outside sales and customers.
- Placing orders with vendors in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or retail sales is highly desirable.
- Strong abilities in time management
- Familiarity with window and door building software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Experience in technical sales or technology sales is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of account management principles and territory sales strategies.
