Job Title: Mixer/Bagger
Work Area : Packaging and Mixing Room.
Responsibilities:
- Blending Operations
- Operate the blender and bag filling station station to blend powdered materials according to specified recipes.
- Ensure accurate measurements of ingredients and adherence to blending procedures.
- Monitor blending parameters to achieve the desired product consistency.
- Ensure material is ready at scheduled time.
- Bagging and Packaging:
- Package the blended products into bags of either 20kg or 25kg, following packaging guidelines for different product types.
- Operate bagging equipment efficiently, ensuring proper sealing and labeling of bags.
- Conduct quality checks on packaged products to ensure conformity to standards.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, blended mixes, and finished products.
- Identify and report any deviations from quality specifications.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address quality concerns promptly.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the blending and packaging processes.
- Adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination.
- Clean equipment and workspaces after each production run.
- Documentation:
- Document blending and bagging processes, including measurements, settings, and any adjustments made during operations.
- Maintain accurate records of production quantities and packaging details.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in safety training programs and promote a safety-first culture.
- Additional Duties During System Downtime:
- Assist other employees in various tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Follow supervisor instructions for additional duties during system downtime, contributing to overall plant efficiency.
- Engage in sanitation activities to ensure a hygienic working environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
