Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect based in Dubuque, IA. The Project Architect will oversee the design, documentation, and construction of various projects. Responsibilities include creating architectural plans, managing project schedules, reviewing submittals, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery. The position may involve working on projects related to adaptive reuse and historic restoration.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture, including design and construction documentation
- Experience with Project Management, including collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Revit
- Experience with Submittals and construction-related documentation
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- An active architectural license or progress toward licensure is preferred
- Previous experience in adaptive reuse or historic restoration projects is a plus
