The Shipping Associate I serves as the final stage of the manufacturing process, which could include: wrapping, packaging and shipping for all customer orders across product lines. At times, you may operate other machinery and equipment. You are a highly organized, process-driven person who is adept at ensuring great customer satisfaction. Speed, accuracy and quality are your passions, but especially your ability to support the team and adapt to changes in order volume. You have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. You take direction easily, solve problems independently and enjoy juggling multiple tasks at once. Being a supportive member of a team and being “All In” come naturally to you.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Assemble, finish and process a large daily volume of print rolls, sheets and final sticker products 
• Assemble shipping packets and support shipping team with daily product workflow 
• Successfully operate the shipping camera, boxing and filling customer orders to meet delivery deadlines 
• Perform quality control inspections and remove defective items  
• Prepare and process products for shipment, working to ensure all orders are filled correctly, including QC check-off function and bundling of shipping sticker packs 
• Prepare and send customer sample packs on a daily basis 
• Interpret job order details and determine correct delivery services for each order based on customer requirements 
• Coordinate with other department team members to expedite shipments and resolve problems 
• Occasionally enter data such as addresses, quantities, and weights to complete the paperwork necessary for shipping 
• Check all job order notes and ensure all jobs ship complete and accurate 
• Begin to offer ideas for continuous improvement within the shipping process 
• Cross-train on other shipping processes in an effort to reach the knowledge skill and knowledge of the position (i.e. Shipping Associate II) 
• Maintain a clean workstation at all times 

• Cross-collaboration with other teams and departments 
• Help prioritize workflow to ensure optimal daily efficiency and productivity 
• Other duties as assigned 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY  

• Completion of High School education or equivalent 
• 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing shipping capacity 
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment (24 hour turnaround on product)  
• Aptitude for mechanical operation 
• Adhere to all safety procedures 
• Superb attention to detail and product quality 
• Excellent attendance and punctuality - accurately record work time on a daily basis 
• Interest and ability to grow professionally with support from StickerGiant 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

• Duties require frequent standing throughout working shift for 8 to 12 hours 
• Ability to read and interpret order sheets and other documents 
• Able to lift 10 lbs. continuously and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. 
• Occasional climbing, stooping, bending and overhead reaching 
• Frequent walking 

• Fine hand manipulation, grasping and gripping 

POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS 

• Pay Range: $17.50 - $18.50 
  • PM Shift receives $1 per hour shift diff on top of this rate
• Full-time, non-exempt position 

• PM Shift Hours  

• Tuesday - Friday 
• 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM 

• Some mandatory overtime and voluntary overtime available  
• 100% on-site position (no hybrid work available)
