Ecommerce Marketing Specialist - Sticker Farmer | Full-Time | In-Office
Sticker Farmer is looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to help grow our online sales, digital marketing efforts, and overall customer experience.
This role sits at the intersection of ecommerce, digital marketing, content creation, and design. You will work directly on the Shopify website, Meta advertising campaigns, product launches, content creation, and customer-facing marketing initiatives that drive revenue.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field who wants hands-on and digital marketing skills.
We Are Looking for a Self-Starter. Our ideal candidate doesn't wait for instructions. They notice opportunities, identify problems, and take initiative.
If a product page could be improved, a campaign is underperforming, a customer question keeps coming up, or a website process could be better, we want someone who is willing to investigate, make recommendations, and help implement solutions.
We're looking for someone who enjoys learning, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work.
What You'll Be Responsible ForEcommerce & Shopify
Managing and updating Shopify product pages
Creating and launching new products online
Improving product content, images, videos, FAQs, and customer experience
Testing website functionality and purchase flows
Supporting optimization initiatives
Digital Marketing:
Assisting with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on results
Helping develop promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives
Identifying opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, and sales
Content & Website Growth:
Writing product descriptions, FAQs, blog content, and marketing copy
Supporting SEO and AI search optimization efforts
Managing website content updates and promotional messaging
Helping build customer trust through reviews, educational content, and strong product information
Creative Support:
Designing graphics for social media, advertising, website promotions, and marketing materials
Creating product mockups, promotional assets, and visual content
Supporting the marketing and sales teams with creative projects
QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Strong written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Preferred BUT not a deal breaker
Shopify experience
Meta Ads Manager experience
Photoshop, or Illustrator experience
Google Analytics experience
SEO knowledge
