CDL Driver Recruiting Specialist (English / Spanish)
Job Type: Full-time, In-office
Pay: $24.00–30.00 per hour (based on experience)
We are looking for an energetic and motivated recruiting specialist to join our growing trucking company.
The primary responsibility of this position is recruiting and hiring CDL-A drivers. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to work independently to find qualified drivers through different recruiting channels.
This position is primarily focused on recruiting. During slower periods, you may also assist our dispatch team with phone calls and other administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and hire CDL-A drivers
- Create, post, and manage job advertisements
- Search for new recruiting sources and hiring opportunities
- Communicate with candidates by phone, text, and email
- Screen applicants and schedule interviews
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline
- Assist the dispatch team with phone calls and administrative support when needed
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Previous recruiting experience is required
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting channels is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting CDL drivers
- Trucking or logistics industry experience
- Russian language is a plus
