- Assist in the assembly line process by following detailed instructions to produce precast concrete components
- Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and finishing precast elements
- Support the setup and breakdown of molds, forms, and reinforcement materials for casting precast products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility to ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet specifications and standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while adhering to safety protocols
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience with assembly lines, hand tools, and power tools
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes related to precast concrete or similar materials
- Ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and work safely in a fast-paced environment for extended periods
- Warehouse experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards
