Responsibilities:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists in the day to day operations of the Registration, Cashiering, and PBX functions, to include overseeing staff. Routinely works weekends, holidays, evenings, nights and overtime as needed.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Prefer four to five years’ experience in a health related field, in a hospital setting.
2. Two years supervisory experience, preferred.
3. Some college hours in a related field preferred.
4. Excellent Customer Service skills are required.
5. Computer skills required with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills in English/Spanish required.
7. Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.
EDUCATION / LICENSURE:
High School diploma, GED or Higher Education required.
Complete CPI training within 6 months of hire and maintain certification thereafter.
