Admin Assistant/Book-keeper
We are a Florida-based software firm, looking for a person with minimum two years experience in an Admin Assistant/Book-keeper role. This part-time position is 6 hours per day, Mon-Fri at our office but has the potential to grow into a full-time position. You can choose which 6 hours/day you wish to work (between 8 AM and 4:30 PM) but this position is NOT remote.
You are personable, professional, and 100% reliable. You're a multi-tasker who will help the company partners in a variety of tasks to help keep our office running smoothly. You also have familiarity with basic office and book-keeping applications (financial applications, word processing, spreadsheets. etc.). Again, this position is in our office in Melbourne; it is not a remote work position.
LOCATION: Melbourne Florida
HOURS: Part-time to start, 6 hours per day, Mon-Fri
WAGE: $18 - 22/hour, based on experience
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Book-keeping duties include Accounts payable, Receivables, etc.
- Admin assistant duties include providing general support to staff and clients
- Assist with office operations by organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, invoices, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience
- Min. 2 years Book-keeping experience: Please do not apply if you don't have this.
- Min. 2 years working in an administrative/office support capacity.
- Excellent English skills, oral and written
- 2 year(s) working in an office environment
