STGi is currently seeking a Registered Dietitian to support our Federal Occupational Health contract in Springfield, VA.
Job Summary
Plan and conduct food service or nutritional programs to assist in the promotion of health and control of disease. May supervise activities of a department providing quantity food services, counsel individuals, or conduct nutritional research.
Essential Functions
Providing health-related dietary instruction and consultation. Coordinating, planning, and conducting programs to educate patients about nutrition; administering medical nutrition therapy; overseeing and providing advice to food service operations.
Required Skills
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Two years' experience as a nutritionist or dietitian.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and be a registered dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association.
- One day a week at TSA Headquarters in Springfield, VA.
