Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support billing, reconciliation, customer account maintenance, and payment resolution activities. This remote role is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience working with accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
What You’ll Do
- Review, analyze, and process memo requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile and validate billing invoices across ERP platforms and related systems.
- Maintain customer database to support accurate, consistent, and timely account information.
- Evaluate and reconcile customer rebate programs and related account activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve billing, payment, and accounts receivable issues.
- Analyze and reconcile accounts receivable payment discrepancies to support timely resolution.
- Monitor accounts receivable bank activity, including debits, exceptions, and irregular transactions.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience using online banking applications, reporting tools, and standard business systems.
- Comfortable working with internet-based tools and computer applications.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and BlackLine preferred.
- Compensation Range: $16.49 - $23.58
